Sakinah Abiola Foundation (SAF) is a trusted non-profitable organisation set up for charitable causes to fight against poverty

My beloved father Sadiq Akanni Mustapha (رحمه الله) believed that education in Islam is the shield of a believer which can provide a sense of belonging, tolerance and harmony to an otherwise disrupted life. One of our priorities at SAF is to protect the dignity of vulnerable children by ensuring they have a healthy and safe environment to thrive in. This is the driving force behind the haafidh / haafidha sponsorship for the orphan’s programme in Nigeria that we intend to launch.

Our mission is to invest in real, effective and immediate solutions to enhance an individual’s quality of life and help to close the poverty gap by providing poverty relief and support to the needy, underprivileged, widows and orphans in Nigeria.

Enhancing the community’s quality of life is one of our key missions and in our projects, we work with the communities to support them in taking ownership and bringing to life their entrepreneurial ideas, learning and memorising the Quran etc.
